Our story
We watched our friends’ agencies run on duct tape — and got tired of it.
RealHQ is built by BrainFeed Solutions, a software studio in Ahmedabad. We’ve spent years building for service businesses — and watching the same pattern repeat in real estate: a fragile WordPress site, a generic CRM no one logs into, three spreadsheets, and a WhatsApp group full of leads going cold.
The thesis
Agencies don’t need another CRM. They need accountability.
Pipelines are the visualisation layer. The real product is operational follow-through — knowing who responded, which lead stalled, where deals consistently die. Agents think they’re buying a kanban board. Principals are actually buying visibility.
That’s a much stronger SaaS foundation than “yet another contact database” — and where retention actually comes from.
How we got here
From service work to a product.
- 2018
BrainFeed founded
Ahmedabad-based software studio. Built CRMs, websites, and ops tools for service businesses across India, UK, AU.
- 2022
The pattern emerges
Three different real estate clients ask for the same thing in the same year: “connect our website to our pipeline, and remind us to follow up.” Spreadsheets, integration glue, all custom.
- 2024
Building it once
Decision to build the integrated product instead of integrating five tools for every new client. RealHQ scoped as a multi-tenant SaaS.
- 2026
Design partner live
First WA agency on-boarded as design partner. MVP focused on lead-capture → pipeline as the single feature that earns the subscription.

How we build.
Two great defaults > ten configurable ones
Listing pages must make a $1.5M listing look like it belongs there — out of the box. We do not ship a drag-and-drop builder.
Multi-tenancy at the database, not the app
Every row carries agency_id. RLS enforced by Postgres. No app-layer if-statements that someone forgets to add.
Self-serve, async by default
Onboarding is video + help centre, not calls. The margin doesn't absorb hand-holding at scale, and great products don't need it.
Build the data substrate before the AI
Structured agency memory is the moat. We're building the schema for that future now — not building a chatbot today.
