The agreement, in plain English.

These Terms govern your access to and use of RealHQ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the Agency you represent. RealHQ is operated by BrainFeed Solutions, Ahmedabad, India.

RealHQ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that includes a branded agency website, CRM, pipelines, appointments, smart notifications, and multi-tenant security. The exact feature set available to you depends on the plan you’re subscribed to.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. Material changes that reduce the service are notified in advance.

• Each Agency is its own tenant with isolated data and billing
• The Agency administrator is responsible for inviting users and assigning roles
• You're responsible for credentials and any activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam
• Process data without a lawful basis (under your applicable laws)
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written consent
• Use the service in any way that violates law or third-party rights

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual billing is two months free. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported (INR for India, USD elsewhere).

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. We may change prices on 30 days’ notice; existing prepaid terms are honoured.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to RealHQ. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

The RealHQ platform, brand, designs, and documentation are owned by BrainFeed Solutions. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

We work hard to keep the service reliable and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. SLAs, where applicable, are documented per plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You can cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these Terms (with notice where reasonable)
• On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
• Refunds for unused prepaid terms are at our discretion except where required by law

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of third-party rights. We likewise indemnify you against claims that the service, used as permitted, infringes a third-party IP right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad. Where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction grants you additional rights, those prevail.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
